Key Information About Orders and Shipping

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM CET are usually processed on the same business day. 
  • Order Processing Time: This is normally 1 to 3 days (Monday–Friday), counted from the time the order is confirmed.
  • Package Transit Time: The estimated transportation time is an average of 4–5 days (Monday–Friday).
  • Total Delivery Time: The total period from placing the order to its delivery is usually 5 to 8 business days.
  • Total Shipping Time: Shipping within Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania
    and the United Kingdom is free of charge.

Fulfillment and Shipping Process:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming it. Order fulfillment usually takes 1–3 days (Monday–Friday). Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we will send an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the shipment status at every stage of transit. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 days (Monday–Friday) from the shipping date, with an estimated total delivery time of 5 to 8 business days from the order date.

Delivery Delays:
If your order is not delivered within 5–8 business days of placing it, please contact customer service and provide your order number. We will check the shipment status and propose an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation:
An order can only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once the processing process has started, cancellation will not be possible.

Damaged Products or Products That Do Not Match the Order:
If you receive a damaged product or one other than the product ordered, please contact us at kontakt@domstylu.com, attaching photos documenting the issue.
